The Compunetix Provider Transcription Portal (PTP) is a new batch processing application for collaboration service providers and CONTEX Summit Olympus and Conference Manager customers.
The Provider Transcription Portal is a utility and operations extension to the CONTEX Recor
ding Manager workflow. PTP enables and
empowers providers to quickly schedule and batch process audio files for transcription and translation, in a fast, smooth and efficient manner, from within the recording manager application.
The PTP is a Compunetix designed engine for connecting to a directory of previously recorded audio files, affixing the proper options for each, and sending/receiving those files from our cloud processing platform. This purpose-built application was designed with providers in mind, allowing for scheduled and managed processing of files. An added benefit is an easy and intuitive interface for selecting, uploading/downloading and reviewing the received transcription/translations for delivery to the end customer.
