The Federal Systems Division of Compunetix will be exhibiting in Booth #914 at the 2023 International Telemetering Conference (ITC 2023). The 58th annual ITC event is held October 23 through 26, 2023 at the Horseshoe Las Vegas (formerly Bally Conference Center). All events, including short courses, technical sessions, and exhibits, will occur at or near the Horseshoe Convention Center area of the hotel property. Compunetix is excited to showcase our advanced Mission Critical communications products at ITC 2023. Compunetix customer-friendly sales staff will be joined by senior management from our Federal System Division. Please come and talk with us about your future combined voice/video communications needs.
The ITC is sponsored by the International Foundation for Telemetering (IFT) which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the professional and technical interests of the “Telemetering Community.” The ITC 2023 staff has planned an event that is both highly effective and enjoyable for all our exhibitors and attendees. This live, in-person, event will provide a robust technical program, excellent speakers, and an exhibit hall filled with our industry’s most innovative companies displaying and demonstrating their cutting-edge products.
ITC 2023 is taking place at a pivotal time for telemetry. Over the last decade, Government and industry have invested vast amounts of capital in the development of networks and wireless communication technology for flight test. Our vibrant telemetry community is repurposing this technology to bring unprecedented capability to telemetry systems. Throughout our technical sessions, special sessions, and exhibits you will see examples of this. Consider ITC community’s development of Digital Phased Array Antenna systems, which are capable of tracking and receiving data from as many as forty target objects simultaneously. These antennas promise vast improvements over legacy “telemetry dishes” in the quality and amount of received data. Considering the development of Hypersonic Missile technology, the standard test plans of the past have to be reformulated to consider the higher velocities and wider geographical coverage areas. Advances in networked telemetry continue to be made. Our community’s standards body (The Telemetry Group of the Range Commander’s Council), vendors and users have all worked together to leverage network technology and bring two-way network connectivity to telemetry systems. These advances are not only changing the technology of telemetry, but they are also altering the very nature of how we test.
In support of evolving techniques in the Flight Test community, ITC planner has chosen the theme for ITC 2023: “Keep On Telemeterin,’ The Links Between Open Air and Virtual Worlds.” This theme will be reflected throughout the conference by our speakers and our Blue-Ribbon panels.
ITC has augmented their technical sessions with several special speakers. On Tuesday, our keynote speaker will be Major General Evan C. Dertien, Commander, Air Force Test Center, Edwards AFB, CA and later that afternoon we will provide a Blue-Ribbon panel discussing the topic of “Live, Virtual and Constructive Testing.” On Wednesday, our Featured Speaker will be Mr. Mike Rabens, Senior Director, Engineering, Northrop Grumman, who will speak on “Live/Virtual/Constructive” topics related to Flight Test.
At ITC 2023, Compunetix will be demonstrating a fully operational MVP Mission Voice Communication system, displaying, and discussing several advanced communications products including a wide variety of GTX software-based Voice Consoles or Endpoint Instruments (Eis), 4-STAR IP gateway, KyoIP Device. Please come and talk with us about your voice/video communications needs. This year, Compunetix will be highlighting a variety of end instruments or voice consoles that are available for use with our CONTEX MVP platform that is designed to support classified/unclassified mission critical communications for real-time command and control environments, including range testing with telemetering. The included photo shows some of these EIs. These voice consoles use our latest GTX MVP software to enhance features that were available in the GT end instruments. Voice consoles on display at ITC 2023 include the recently launched MC Series. They join the previously fielded TDI-22 II- GTX, TDI-13 II GTX, SDI-7 GTX, TRI-6 GTX, HAI10 and the 4-STAR IP Gateway. The Compunetix MVP can interface with many military radios and support radio control and sharing. The 4-STAR (RoIP) device can serve as analog to digital gateway accessory for the MVP system or serve as standalone product in lieu of legacy channel banks. The HAI-10II is a Compunetix Red / Black Hazardous Area Instrument certified for use-in Class I Div 2. The voice consoles that are being displayed at ITC demonstrates how Compunetix offers the broadest range of endpoints for mission voice communications including various sizes and types of desktop and rack mount instruments as well as GTX-PC which can be used as a soft console on any PC. This year we have added a GTX PC to our popular “Spatial Audio demonstration” for Booth 914.
There is an added draw to visit our booth free of charge. ITC is permitting Thursday only October 26th registration (free of charge). This Thursday registration provides access to all exhibit areas, technical sessions, and keynote speakers for visitors that are not already registered to attend ITC. The exhibits are Open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the Technical Sessions run from 9:00 AM to 11:30AM.
We look forward to seeing you at ITC 2023 (Booth #914) to discuss how our mission critical communication solutions can help you with your application!
