Step 1: Getting Started!
Service startup includes installation of a dedicated ConferenceManager2 in the Compunetix co-location data center, account creation support, account migration support, and training on our newest version 12.0.
Step 2: Ongoing Service & Support
Monthly recurring service access includes access to Compunetix Customer Care, data center infrastructure (rack space & power), managed data and telephony connectivity. Capacity packages start at 50 Audio & Web port licenses and can scale up to 200!
Step 3: User Accounts & Usage
User Accounts: Service includes unlimited user accounts. User accounts include access to our Outlook scheduling plugin, account delegation, Audio Console for real-time call management, and a full suite of web collaboration tools for screen sharing and more…
Audio Access: In addition to U.S. Toll Free Access (lower 48) and Global Toll Access (DID), customers can also add on dedicated numbers for international access. Mobile app support will be available for add on in late 2019!
