Compunetix offers a full range of services to ensure smooth installations.

One of the Compunetix field engineers will complete a pre-installation questionnaire and, if necessary, perform a site survey to develop an installation plan. The installation plan will be made available prior to the actual installation.

After the product is installed, a formal site acceptance test will be initiated. Compunetix field engineers are required to maintain system records during the installation process and will not leave the premises until you are satisfied with the installation.
