It’s one thing to invent an innovative solution. It’s another thing to invent it and deliver it.

Compunetix R&D has a well-known history of delivering solutions to the most challenging problems, from Compunetix personnel creating the theoretical designs all the way to Compunetix manufacturing the physical equipment or providing the software applications.

Compunetix firmly believes in creating new developing new technologies to address a challenge if no current offerings suffice. As an innovative organization with deep roots in research and development, Compunetix has put its inventor’s mark on a number of different patents that advance the niche markets in which we participate.

Compunetix designed, developed and patented switching technologies in the 1980s to provide a new fabric, and a new paradigm, to the idea of connecting and managing groups of callers. This non-blocking Space Division Switch technology laid the foundation for the first generation of CONTEX conferencing systems and moved an entire industry away from managing hardware “ports” to managing conferences.

More recently, conferencing developments have come in the areas of digital encryption, redundant processing and low-latency audio summation.

Compunetix has pioneered new technologies in each of its areas of focus. These include On-Demand (or reservationless) audio or video conference calls, “True Port” multimedia resource allotment, Red/Black multipoint communications, touchscreen managed desktop communication devices, Spatial Audio delivery, and the Protosyntheses™ process of advanced electronics manufacturing.
